Sometimes it’s not about what’s happening — it’s about what’s underneath. As parents, we often carry subconscious beliefs from our own childhood:

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a gentle but powerful method that works with your subconscious mind — where many of your core beliefs and emotional patterns are stored.

It combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, inner child work, and neuroscience to help you understand why you feel stuck, anxious, reactive, or exhausted — and then shift those patterns at the root.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT helps you access memories and beliefs that live below the surface — without needing to analyze everything in detail.

It’s not about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping you remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

RTT doesn’t promise overnight results. Sometimes one session creates big change. Often, it takes more — because real healing moves at the pace your system can hold. And that’s okay.

🧭 | What to expect

An RTT process with me is gentle, structured, and grounded in deep respect for your story and your pace.
It typically includes:

  1. Intake conversation (up to 60 minutes)
    We start with a calm, thorough conversation to understand what’s showing up in your life, what you want to shift, and where you’re feeling stuck. This is a space to connect — not perform.
  2. RTT session (approx. 2 hours)
    In a safe, relaxed state (hypnosis), we explore a few key scenes from your subconscious that hold the roots of your current issue. I guide you through understanding them, clearing emotional charge, and planting new, supportive beliefs.
  3. Personalized audio recording (for 21+ days)
    After the session, you receive a short recording designed specifically for your mind and nervous system. You’ll listen daily to integrate the changes — like watering a new seed.

❓ | FAQ

Yes — but it’s not what you think. Hypnosis in RTT is simply a calm, focused state of deep relaxation. You’re aware the whole time and in full control. Most people describe it as peaceful, insightful, and surprisingly natural.

No. RTT doesn’t force you to re-experience trauma. You’ll be guided to observe key scenes from the past with curiosity and distance — not to re-feel the pain, but to understand and release what’s still active beneath the surface.

That’s okay. Your subconscious knows where to go. Even if nothing “comes up” in images, emotions or body sensations often guide the way. There’s no wrong experience.

You’ll listen to your personalized recording daily for 21+ days to reinforce new patterns in your mind and body. You’ll also have two check-in calls with me to track progress, adjust support, and deepen the shift.

RTT is a therapeutic method, but not medical or psychiatric therapy. It’s an emotional and subconscious healing tool. If you’re currently in therapy, RTT can often complement it — we can discuss this together.

It depends on the depth and complexity of what you’re working with.

For most issues, I recommend at least 2–3 sessions to allow time for the subconscious to open, shift, and integrate.

For deeper or long-standing patterns, more sessions may be needed — we’ll decide together, based on how your system responds.
